  • Delivery Information to the UK

    We’ve done our best to keep the delivery costs as low as possible and as the saying goes, “there’s no such thing as a free lunch”. Instead of absorbing the cost of delivery into the retail price of our footwear, we wanted to be upfront and charge what we think our footwear is worth and keep the delivery costs separate. From time to time we will run a promotion and will offer customers free delivery.

    Orders are dispatched within 24 hours once placed online. Within a sale or seasonal peak period we aim to dispatch online orders within 2 business days.

    Standard delivery to UK – £5.50 (1-2 days, tracked service). Thereafter, a charge of £2 for every additional pair will be charged.

    Our UK services cover the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man.

  • What's our handling time?

    We aim to despatch orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday, on the same day.  Our factory is closed Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays and therefore no orders are processed on these days.

    The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the Shipping address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if any items are out of stock.

  • Which carrier will my order be delivered by?

    Your Solovair order will be delivered via Royal Mail, UK Mail or UPS depending on the destination. Our Standard Delivery option is a 48 hours tracked service.

  • Do parcels require a signature?

    All Solovair orders are tracked and therefore require a signature so they don’t get “lost in the post”.

    Customers whose items fail to be delivered will receive a card detailing whether the item has been returned to the local courier depot or to be scheduled for re-delivery.

    Please note that items which are not collected within 3 weeks will be returned to us and you may be liable for charges to rearrange further delivery and/or the return period has elapsed.

  • Delivery to Europe?

    We now deliver Solovair boots and shoes to all countries in Europe at a cost of £15.50 a pair and £5 for each additional pair. Your parcel will be delivered by UPS and they estimate between 5-7 days for delivery.

    If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

  • Delivery to Rest of World?

    We now deliver Solovair boots and shoes worldwide, including the USA at a cost of £35 a pair and £7 for each additional pair.Your parcel will be delivered by UPS Express Saver and they estimate 7-10 days for delivery.

    If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

  • What is our Returns Policy

    We understand that it may be necessary to return your items to us for a whole host of reasons. We operate a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. To clarify this position, all items must be unworn and unmarked and sent back to us in the original undamaged shoe box.

    Please allow 7 working days from the date your return is received by us for your refund/exchange to be actioned (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You will receive an email confirmation advising your return has been received at the Solovair Factory and is being processed.

    Please allow 3-5 working days for the funds to be issued into your original payment method.

    If you wish to cancel an order after its been placed, please email us at shop@solovair-shoes.com . We will endeavour to stop your order before it is dispatched but on occasions this may not be possible.

    Your refund will be processed within 48 hours.

    Cancelled orders that have been processed and dispatched to the customer cannot be refunded until the goods have been returned to NPS Shoes and will be liable for shipping costs and these costs will be deducted from the refund due.

    Returns are at the own cost of the customer. We are not in a position to offer free returns unlike very large retailers which receive heavy postal discounts. Our products are fairly priced and if we were to offer free returns, what we really would be offering is hidden returns. In the future, when we are feeling generous we will offer free returns at certain promotional periods.

    All refunds will go back onto the original card used when a purchase was made. We are unable to refund postal charges.

  • How do I return a product?

    Make sure your items are securely wrapped and send your return to:

    Parcels are returned at your own cost, and we strongly recommend you obtain a free proof of postage as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our factory. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of notice of the cancellation.   • International Returns

    For international returns, please ensure the correct documentation is provided.

    To ensure your return is cleared through customs we advise to ensure the correct documentation is filled out correctly, state the contents within the parcel and clearly mark your parcel as a return.

    If the relevant information is not provided customs may delay the parcel being returned or prevent the return.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    If you haven’t submitted an order, you may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time. However, if you have submitted your order and completed the Checkout and wish to cancel/change it please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our utmost to make changes to your order before they leave the Factory but once the order button has been pressed we move pretty fast. It may mean you have to wait until your order arrives and then follow the Returns procedure (see above section).
